From Tejo region with 50 % Touriga Nacional, 25 % Castelão, 20 % Alicante Bouschet and 5 % Aragonês grape varieties.
Deep ruby colour with garnet highlights, expressive aromas of wood, plum and ripe cherry, with hints of cocoa and spices. Excellent volume on the palate, very balanced and fresh with a long, outstanding finish.
The fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
It is aged in French and American oak for 12 months and can remain in good condition for at least 6 years.
It contains 14% vol. alcohol and the recommended wine conservation temperature is 16ºC to 18ºC.
