100% Arinto from Tejo region.
Floral and citrus aromas with subtle notes of brioche and dried fruit. With fruity flavour, vibrant acidity, harmonious and elegant, fine and abundant bubbles, persistent and soft.
The first fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and the second fermentation is made in the bottle by the classical method of 'champenoise' for 28 months.
It can remain in good condition for at least 5 years.
It contains 12% vol. alcohol and the recommended wine conservation temperature is 8ºC to 10ºC.
