How to buy at Alma Portuguesa-Cabazes Gourmet

Send your order by e-mail to almaportuguesacabazes@gmail.com with the products/services you wish to purchase, identified properly with a full description.

This order must include:

Full name

Mobile phone contact / E-mail

VAT number

Billing location (Name, full address)

Place of delivery (Name and full address / mobile phone number) when different from above

Payment method desired, as indicated below

Upon receipt of your order, we will validate it by the same channel with the delivery date provided by the shipping company, confirming the availability of the products ordered (at least 2 working days, depending on the order) and the shipping costs (for orders weighing more than 5kg, to mainland Portugal or the Madeira and Azores islands or other European Union countries).

The order will only be confirmed for dispatch once the agreed amount has been paid (by e-mail), within 48 hours of the date of validation.

We have special conditions for companies, depending on the order placed.

Payment methods

At the moment, the payment methods available are:

Shipping costs

Os encargos com o transporte são por conta do cliente:

- através dos CTT Expresso ( apenas para Portugal Continental) , o custo mínimo é de 8,49€.

- ou outro que o cliente solicite expressamente na encomenda e varia consoante o peso , a tabela real da transportadora e o país de destino ( Países da União Europeia) e Ilhas ( Madeira e Açores).

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the delivery has been placed and its delivery note number.

The home delivery service is free in the city of Porto in Portugal for orders over €60.00.

You can also pick up your order at Rua Costa Cabral, 2235 - 7º Esq , 4200-230 Porto, Portugal.

Order cancellation

The customer can only cancel their order if it has not yet been paid for and is not yet being processed.

Returns

All dispatched products must be checked upon delivery.

If the packaging is damaged (in such a way that it has affected the products inside), it should not be accepted and should be returned to the shipping company immediately, stating the reason and informing us.

When products are personalised, returns, except in the previous case, will only be accepted if there is a defect in the product, clearly attributable to Alma Portuguesa- Cabazes Gourmet.

In any event, the product will only be accepted as a return if it is properly justified with a detailed description and photographic support). The return must occur within a maximum of 5 working days of receipt at the Customer's premises. The return of the product must be intact, sealed and fully complete.

We believe in the good sense between Alma Portuguesa-Cabazes Gourmet and its Customers to solve any issues of this nature.

Suggestions and complaints

The opinion of our customers is very important to us, as it allows us to continuously improve our services. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, or if you have any questions or suggestions, please take a few minutes to report the situation by e-mail to almaportuguesacabazes@gmail.com, with detailed information identifying your order number and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
